As Country Coordinator, you will lead all operations to ensure the profitability of the Ecuador office.</p><p><br></p><p>To be successful as a <strong>Country Coordinator</strong>, you should be a competent team leader and have good networking/negotiating abilities.</p><p><br></p><p>Outstanding candidates should be able to work without supervision and demonstrate excellent client management skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the operation to ensure the profitability.</li><li>Represent the company at a senior level and be the face of the company in Ecuador.</li><li>Act as a local director and Legal Representative of Biz Latin Hub</li><li>Lead and manage the local team.</li><li>Responsible for Profit/Loss of the Ecuador Office.</li><li>Responsible for achieving set financial objectives.</li><li>Ensure the delivery of client services (quality control)</li><li>Ensures office efficiency, focus, and priority of work.</li><li>Ensure good communication and responsiveness with clients.</li><li>Maintain good relationships with clients, coworkers, and corporate departments.</li><li>Responsible for new hirings and office structuring (i.e., staff planning) in consultation with group management.</li><li>Implement group procedures and policies into the local office.</li><li>Maintain office standards and discipline.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in law</li><li><strong>5+ years professional work experience</strong></li><li>Previous experience in a similar role.</li><li><strong>Corporate law background (company formation)</strong></li><li>Experience working in private Companies</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li><strong>English proficiency (C1 level)</strong></li><li>Team and client management experience.</li><li>Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.</li><li>Organized, good communication skills and can multitask.</li><li>A willingness to learn.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Knowledge or Experience in Banking and Finance Law</li><li>Experience in the Fintech or Financial Industry</li><li>Experience working with local Authorities: Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI), Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros (SCVS) and related compliance local Authorities.</li><li>Local Notaries/Authorities knowledge and network.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why work at BLH?</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>We are a multicultural company where you can improve your English language skills.</li><li>We have a learning and teamwork culture.</li><li>We provide annual salary reviews.</li><li>We offer constant opportunities for professional growth and development.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong> WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU - APPLY NOW!</strong></p>
