Lead local finance teams to optimize financial performance within an assigned Division/Business Unit. Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.<br><br>Your responsibilities<br><ul><li>Partners with relevant business leader in determining strategy for area of responsibility and developing implementation and monitoring plan.</li><li>Evaluates financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios, and recommends actions.</li><li>Monitors progress achieved and provided insight and analysis to support operational decision-making.</li><li>Drives definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in the financial control process within own area of responsibility.</li><li>Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for area of responsibility.</li><li>Assesses business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance.</li><li>Ensures high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.<br></li></ul>Your background<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar.</li><li>5 years of experience in similar position.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP, financial reporting, US-GAAP knowledge, tax expertise (must).</li><li>Experience in accounts payable / receivable, financial statements, accounting in general.</li><li>Advanced English.<br></li></ul>More about us<br><br>We look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
